Virgil Mayor Apostol is an actor, author, healer and a master of Filipino martial arts.
He offers a unique approach to wellness and self-empowerment through a combination of centuries-old disciplines and innovative ingenuity that synergistically promote the health and well-being of each individual seeking wholeness. Virgil has created an Escrima system called Didya ’Kabarwanan. His form of Filipino martial arts (FMA) transcends into all aspects of life creating true Warrior Healers.
Acting has allowed Virgil to transcend into many different roles and allow him to become a better teacher and student of life.
